Annapurna Sanctuary
The Annapurna Sanctuary is a high glacial basin lying north of Pokhara. This magnificent amphitheatre is called a "sanctuary" because of its natural serenity, beauty and the divine presence of the Hindu goddesses Annapurna and Gangapurna. This isolated cirque of peaks can be approached by one route only, a deep gorge that carves into the fortress of mountains between Machhapuchhre (Fish Tail) and Hiunchuli.

Around Annapurna
This is a classic Nepalese trek, making an almost full circuit of the Annapurna range through all possible types of scenery. Stunning views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, visits to villages inhabited by different ethnic groups, and different landscapes, make this route a wonderful introduction to walking in Nepal.

Lamjung
An impressive trek with dazzling views of the central Himalayas. It traverses 4,000m above the Marsyangdi gorge and near Lumjung Himal. The highlights of the trek are the views of mount Manaslu’s west face and Himalchuli. This trek is special in not being a regular route and in offering the possibility of climbing Rambrong peak (4,400m).

Helambu Culture
This delightful journey starts from north of Kathmandu Valley. It is an ideal trip for those who have a short time. Helambu is inhabited by the friendly, hospitable Sherpa people. The trek is special in never being overcrowded even during peak seasons, in its unspoilt greenery and forests and in its lovely local people.

Langtang Nature
Covering an area of 1,710 sq.km and located directly north of Kathmandu Valley, Lantang is one of the most beautiful and easily accessible national mountain parks of Nepal. The Himalayan valley of Lantang, the Langtang Lirung peak and the famous pilgrimage sites of Gosainkunda are located within the park. This trek is particularly recommended for birdwatchers and plant lovers. The park also has rare animals, such as the Musk Deer, Himalayan Black Bear, Common Leopard, the Red Panda and Snow Leopard.

Forbidden Land of Mustang
Once inaccessible, the forbidden land of Mustang has finally been opened to limited visitors. Mustang is one of the few places on earth which is not spoilt by tourism. Under the rain-shadow of the Himalayas, the area receives scanty rainfall, making the region dry and arid, similar to the adjoining Tibetan plateau. This landscape, its peoples and culture are unique.

Exploring Mid Western Nepal : DHAULAGIRI
Mount Dhaulagiri in central Nepal is the seventh highest peak in the world. It towers over the Kali Gandaki river. This trek passes through Nepal’s wildest and most remote areas. The mountain scenery is breathtaking. Autumn is best time to go. Later, extremes of snow and ice make it impassable. It is recommended only for those with some mountaineering skills and of strong physical fitness.

Adventures in Eastern Nepal : Khumbu Culture
A short, but challenging, eight day trek in the Khumbu / Everest region. This tour is for trekkers who are not mountaineers, but who would like to feel close to the highest peak in the world, Mount Everest. The trek, up mountain sides, past Sherpa villages and monasteries. Requires physical fitness.

Trekking in the Everest Region
This trek follows the classic approach to the highest place on earth, Mount Everest. It starts with a drive to Jiri, the base village for climbing in the Everest region. The route passes through a Sherpa village in the Solu Khumbu region, over several challenging passes, through beautiful forests and rugged countryside with marvellous Buddhist monasteries to Everest Base Camp.

Khumbu Everest
This is similar to 'Trekking in the Everest Region' trek but is shorter in length. It misses out the lower Solu Khumbu region and begins and ends with a short flight to Lukla.

Rolwaling Yeti Hunt Expedition
The mysterious Rolwaling Valley lies a couple of miles south of the Tibetan frontier, along the east bank of Bhote Koshi. It is one of the most remote and beautiful areas of Nepal. Some people say the Yeti or Abominable snowman, lives here, elusive but widely known. In 1950 Sir Edmund Hillary led a Yeti expedition in search of the fabled snowman, and Eric Shipton, the famous mountaineer, photographed the footprints of a Yeti on the Menling glacier areas a year later. The trek starts after a drive to Barabise and continues to the foot of Mahalungur Himal with the sight of the magnificent Gauri Shanka. This peak was not climbed until 1979.

Hongu Wilderness Trek Expedition
Hongu Valley is at the back of the Everest region. It has views of many of the impassable peaks of Everest, Lhoste, Nuptse, Ama Dablam. Hongu basin is a river valley which feeds a group of lakes. The Hongu region offers one of the finest wilderness treks in Nepal where even huts and herds are rarely seen. The several approaches to Hongu Valley depend on the season and time of year. This trek should be undertaken only by people with mountaineering experience.

Makalu Base Camp
The wild and beautiful area of Makalu lies in far eastern Nepal. The long trek and unspoilt terrain makes the journey exceptional. For mountaineers and climbers the trip offers side treks to heights such as 6,510m. The conditions on this trek can be extreme, as the approach is from the lowlands of the Arun Valley right up to the base camp. Experience in trekking is necessary.

The Glorious Kanchenjunga
Kanchanjunga means crystal clear in Nepalese. It is the third highest peak (28,168ft), and is little known and visited. It strides the Nepalese and Sikkim border, only a few miles from Tibet. Intensely cultivated hillsides dominate the landscape.

Trekking in search of Crystal Mountain & Southern Dolpo
Dolpo, the Himalayan trekker's forbidden Shangri-La in north western Nepal, is remote, secretive and restricted. It has high, arid, Tibetan type terrain, undisturbed Buddhist cultures, and a natural beauty quite different from the eastern Himalayas. The trek into this remote area has to be well prepared and planned. Food is scarce and local porters difficult to find. This is a real adventure.

Nepal Sikles
A short and easy trek through beautiful country. Sikles is a lovely village in the Annapurna region belonging to the Gurung community, charming, hospitable and picturesque. This delightful trek will leave everlasting memories of place and people.

Sikkim / Kanchenjunga
Nestled between Bhutan and Nepal, hidden deep within the Himalayas, Sikkim remains isolated from the rest of the world.
